When feeding the poor could become a crime eventually…

This is a three year old thread, and I wanted to point out that eureka Cal., is relatively a small town, and the people are volunteering, and the poor and needy are still hungry. I’ve seen this before in towns all across the country. It’s sad when the city council members hearts are so cold towards a hungry human being.
